Hello All, The Annual February Freeze 5k fun run/walk is being held on February 10th, 2013 at 12pm at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Registration can be accomplished at active.com or in Cardiac Services at RCRH. $15 for preregistration $20 day of event. Those that preregister will be guaranteed a long sleeve shirt. Come join us in this annual event and help us kick off National Cardiac Rehab Week. More info available at active.com.
