1 p.m. - 4 p.m.: Taste some of the finest Cajun foods in the region at this free Cajun food cook-off competition. This public tasting will be at locations throughout Deadwood. Locations include Mustang Sally's, Oyster Bay, Four Aces, Tin Lizzie and Mineral Palace ...
7 p.m.: DEADWOOD'S ANNUAL MARDI GRAS PARADE! Get a spot on Main Street and collect your share of over 100,000 sets of beads thrown during the parade.
9 p.m.: Live music by Curley Taylor - Deadwood Mountain Grand
