Keynote Speaker: Jessica Lynch former United States Army soldier who served in the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Lynch was injured and captured in an ambush. Her recovery was the first successful rescue of an American female prisoner of war since WWII.
Also, in special attendance will be five (5) of each recipient, Medal of Honor, Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Silver Star and Gold Star Families.
To name a few special guests:
Donald J. Jenkins former U.S. Army soldier, Medal of Honor recipient, for his actions in the Vietnam War.
Niles Harris former U.S. Army soldier, Purple Heart recipient. Only five soldiers in Harris’ 30-man platoon survived.
Gold Star Family, Vanessa Guillen family. A Netflix documentary called, ‘I Am Vanessa Guillen’, follows the tragic story of U.S. Army solider of Vanessa Guillen.
At Sacred Mountain Retreat Center, we seek to honor the service and sacrifice of our nation’s Active Military, Veterans, and First Responders suffering from PTSD or trauma. The suicide rate among our Heroes is a national crisis and we are a catalyst for positive changes in the lives of these heroes. Our organization is dedicated to saving lives, saving relationships, and saving careers.
