Great customer service isn’t just the responsibility of the front desk—it’s shaped by culture, communication, and leadership at every level. This session reframes customer service as a shared mindset that influences trust, loyalty, and word-of-mouth in small communities. Kristi shares practical tools to help teams deliver consistent, positive experiences—especially when resources are limited and relationships matter.
