Outlaw Square along with our title sponsor American Family Insurance Frank Pavich Agent is once again proud to bring you PREACHER SMITHS “DEADWOOD REDEMPTION DAY” on August 16, 2025, featuring Christian Recording Artist COLTON DIXON!
This will be the 6th consecutive year Outlaw Square has scheduled this event to remember one of Deadwood’s early residents, Preacher Henry Weston Smith, who some consider to be Deadwood’s first Preacher in the mining town back in May of 1876. The 3rd weekend of August 149 years ago is when his remains were found on the outskirts of town, in the area surrounding the current Preacher Smith monument. We take this 3rd Saturday in August to remember him with this wonderful Family & Faith event.
This concert is free of charge to all guests and will begin at 8 pm with this year’s headliner Colton Dixon.
