Great Cars, Great Fun and Great Music!

Car registration information will be available mid-May, 2016, call the Deadwood Chamber of Commerce at 1-800-999-1876 if you'd like to have a registration packet sent to you! Kool Deadwood Nites brings car lovers together for four days full of classic cars, classic music and classic fun. It’s a 50’s and 60’s sock hop - Deadwood style. Enjoy parades, show and shines and FREE concerts on Main Street featuring the biggest names in rock ‘n roll history.

NEW: Park your car, and ride a shuttle, for FREE!!! Akela Spa, just outside of Deadwood on Highway 14A (Boulder Canyon) will be the host of free parking and a free shuttle ride to Deadwood! The parking and free shuttle will be available Friday, August 26 from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday, August 27 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Take the worry out of parking in town, and hop on the shuttle! 4pm-9pm: People’s Choice Awards & Voting – Live DJ and games from 4pm-6pm – History and Information Center Parking Lot and portions of Deadwood Main Street

7pm-10pm: 8th Annual Sock Hop – Featuring The Roselles Brothers Band and Art Poco’s The Rat Pack – Main Street

8 am–10 am: Free breakfast for KDN registrants – The Lodge at Deadwood

10am-2pm: Deadwood Rod Run – Escorted tour through beautiful Vanocker Canyon including a trip to the Sturgis Dragway, and a chance to run the track! Or, take a trek through famous Spearfish Canyon with a stop at Carsten's Cottages.
