TUESDAY, AUGUST 26
- Pre-Registration Event – Mustang Brunch in Spearfish, SD
- 10-am-1pm: Mustang parking only for the event on Hudson St., Spearfish.
– Scavenger Hunt for prizes get directions at Visit Spearfish
– Award given to top 3 cars to Visit Spearfish today
- 2-5pm: Registration at the Thunderdome
- 5pm: Welcome Social at Sturgis Brewing Company, Exit 32
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 27
- 8am-Noon / 1pm-5pm: Registration at the Thunderdome
– NOTE: Registration closed from Noon-1pm
- BF Goodrich Personalized Driving School at the Thunderdome
– 7-8am: Check-in and Staging
– 8am-Noon: AM Class (limit 30 cars)
– Noon-1pm: Check-in and Staging
– 1-4pm: PM Classes (limit 30 cars)
- Noon: “Ponies for Patriots” – A Tribute Cruise to honor Military, Veterans’ & First Responders Meet at Wareing Sturgis Ford with free lunch.
- Mustang Rodeo at the Thunderdome
– 5pm: Check-in and Staging
– 5:30pm: Drivers Meeting (must be at drivers meeting to participate)
– 6pm: Competition Begins
- Party after the rodeo at the Iron Horse Saloon
THURSDAY, AUGUST 28
- 7am-10am: Breakfast at the Knuckle
- 8am-Noon / 1-5pm: Registration at the Thunderdome *NOTE: Registration closed from Noon-1pm
- Auto-Cross Test & Tune presented by Gateway Mustang and BF Goodrich at the Thunderdome
– 7am: Check-in and Staging
– Drivers meeting at 8:45am (must be at drivers meeting to participate)
– Test & Tune 9am-3pm
- 7am-4pm: Northern Hills Fun Run
– 1-4pm: Park on Main Street Deadwood
- Launch Box at the Thunderdome
– Staging starts at 4:00pm
– Drivers meeting at 4:30pm (must be at drivers meeting to participate)
– Time Trials 6pm (over when all participants have made all runs)
– Finals for top 16 start after Time Trials
- Burn-out Competition at the Thunderdome
– Starts after Launch Box
FRIDAY, AUGUST 29
- 7am-10am: Breakfast at the Knuckle
- 8am-Noon / 1-8pm: Registration at the Thunderdome
*NOTE: Registration closed from Noon-1pm. All Registration Closed at 8pm – No day of Show Registration
- 8am: Southern Hills Poker Run
- 1-4pm: Parking on Main St., Deadwood – Line up at Sherman St., parking
- Auto-Cross Qualifying for Outlaw, Ladies, Youth Classes presented by Gateway Mustang at the Thunderdome
– 11:30am: Safety Check and Staging
– 12:30pm: Drivers Meeting (must be at drivers meeting to participate)
– 1-5pm: Qualifying for Outlaw (Old Pro Class) Ladies and Youth Classes
- 1-4pm: Parking on Main St., Deadwood – Line up at Sherman St., parking
- Barrel Racing at the Thunderdome
– Staging starts at 5pm
– Drivers meeting at 5:30pm (must be at drivers meeting to participate)
– Barrel Race competition at 6pm
- Drifting Exhibition at the Thunderdome
– Starts right after Barrel Races
SATURDAY, AUGUST 30
- No Day of Show Registration
- 6-10am: Show & Shine Line-up at the Sturgis Community Center Lot on Lazelle St.
- 10am-4pm: Show & Shine Competition on Main Street (judging & public viewing)
- Noon: Official Main Street Photo on the comer of Main St. & Junction Ave.
- 1pm: Mustang Auction at the Knuckle Saloon-Brought to you by Bradeen Auctions
- 2:30-4pm: Tommy Brandt Concert
- 4:30pm: Parade Line-up at the Thunderdome
- 5pm: Mustang Parade down Sturgis Main Street
– Loud Pipes Contest will be held during the parade in front of the Loud American Roadhouse
- 6pm: Mustang Drag Racing Competition at the Sturgis Dragway
SUNDAY, AUGUST 31
- 8-9am: Cowboy Church with Tommy Brandt at the Thunderdome
- Auto-Cross Qualifying for Street Class Competition & finals for all classes, Outlaw, Ladies, Youth, Street presented by Gateway Mustang at the Thunderdome
– 7:30am: Safety check-in and staging for Street Class
– 8:30am: Drivers meeting for Street Class (must be at drivers meeting to participate)
– 9:00am-12:30pm: Auto-Cross qualifying for Street Class
– 1-5pm: Auto-Cross Finals Competition for all classes, Outlaw, Ladies, Youth, Street Class
- 10am-2pm: Poker Hands Drawn from Friday’s Southern Hills Run at the Thunderdome
- 6pm: Banquet Dinner & Awards Ceremony with Auction at the Thunderdome
