February 12, 2023 - February 12, 2023 Come on, come all! The February Freeze 5K Walk/Run is an annual event held to celebrate National Cardiac Rehab Week and promote heart disease awareness. The event is on February 12th, 2023 at the Founders Park Shelter. The race will begin at NOON, with day-of-race registration from 10:30-11:45am. We encourage all to register online which is live now until the event. Long-sleeve t-shirt will be available for purchase for $20 with limited supply of shirts race day. There will be door prizes, refreshments, and fun! Oh my!
