Glide into the 13th Annual Women’s Business Summit with Grit & Gratitude!

Gratitude involves pausing to appreciate progress, while grit drives us to face challenges and adapt. Together, they showcase strength, perseverance, and the importance of maintaining a positive and balanced outlook.

This full-day professional development conference provides a platform for entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to find clarity, develop tools, and discover resources to be effective in the business ecosystem.

Keynote speaker Rana DeBoer of Volt Strategy leads the day, along with workshop presenters, Small Business Administration resource partners, our popular business showcase, Women in Leadership 2024 recognition, and tailored topics to help everyone thrive as entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs through the lens of grit and gratitude.

We are thrilled to celebrate women making a difference in our communities, supporting women-owned small businesses, all while connecting with each other.

Registration and the Business Showcase open at 8:00 a.m., and the program starts at 9:00 a.m.
